Shawn lives with his wife and has two adult children and one grandchild. His work integrates insights from Vedic philosophy, Western psychology, and evidence-based health practices to address the interconnected nature of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
An Integrated Perspective on Health
“Physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual purpose are not separate pursuits. They function as interconnected dimensions of human well-being. Addressing one while ignoring others provides incomplete solutions.”
Shawn’s approach grew from seeing the limits of conventional health models that treat mind and body as separate. His scientific training taught him to value evidence and measurable results. His years in clinical practice showed how physical symptoms often reflect emotional patterns, how stress affects the body, and how meaning and purpose shape motivation for healthier choices.
This integrated view, based on research and decades of hands-on experience, forms the foundation of Harmony and Balance in Living.
